SANJAY DANDONA
Director of PMTEAM, also known as Missile Engineer, who has served in the Air Force. Mech. Engg. by Profession and MBA in Mktg and HR. Trained in Leadership, Stress Management and a Yoga trainer. Worked on Missile Systems (SAM-II Devina, SAM-III PECHORA, OSA-AK) and various Defence Programs. Currently serving at SAIL, Bhilai Steel Plant.

SATISH VINAYAK GADGE
From Navy, worked in Marine Engineering Department. Managed ship machinery, propulsion, power generation, and auxiliary systems. Served on multiple ships like INS Shivaji, INS Rajput, INS Mysore, etc. Currently: State Tax Officer (GST) and Assistant Commissioner (State Tax).

RAJNISH KUMAR SINGH
Known as Vijay Yodha, led from the front in Operation Vijay (Kargil). Involved in Operation Parakram, Rakshak, and UN mission (Lebanon). NSG Commando and advanced firing coach. Currently working in Blast Furnace.

DINESH KUMAR
BE (Electrical Engg), MBA (Retail & HR). Served 20 years in IAF, maintaining jet planes, black box testing, electrical instruments, and pilot ground training. Worked in remote areas like Andaman & Nicobar with Army & Navy. Trained in fire safety, leadership, yoga, and security management.
